What we hold about you, why, and what you can do about it. Short, because we ask for very little.

01What we hold

Your wallet address, and an email address if you signed in with one. For every subscription you send us proof of: the company, the date of the charge, the amount, the line it reads as on your statement, and the photo you sent. The photo is held in private storage that only we can open, and only so a person here can check the claim is real.

02Why we hold it

To find a recurring charge, to pay it, and to show you your own history. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

03Who else sees it

Nobody outside Sliver. A person here opens your photo to check the charge, and that is the only reason it is opened. Our sign-in provider holds your login details, and our hosting and database providers store what the app stores.

04When you just visit

Your browser is given a random id, kept in its own storage, so we can count visitors rather than page loads. Against that id we record which pages you opened, the site that linked you here, the country your request came from, and whether you are on a phone or a computer. If you later sign in, that trail is joined to your account so we can see how people arrive. There is no name and no address in any of it, and it is never sold.

05Cookies and storage

One cookie, which keeps you signed in for thirty days; it holds a random token, not your address. Two values in your browser's own storage: the visitor id above, and your session. We also use Vercel's analytics, which counts traffic without cookies. There are no advertising cookies and nothing is shared with an ad network.

06How long

Your matches stay for as long as the account does, because they are what your holdings are made of. A proof photo is held with the claim it belongs to, and we delete it if you ask. Sign-in sessions expire after thirty days. Visit records are kept for as long as they are useful for understanding how people find us.

07Your choices

You can ask us to delete a proof photo, ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete the account. Deleting removes what we hold; it cannot remove what has already been paid to your wallet, which is on a public chain.

08Contact

Write to us and we will answer. The address is on the site.
